By placing an order with Shawgrace, you agree to the following terms:
1. Orders & Artwork Approval
All custom orders require approval of design, size, and placement before production begins. Once approved, [Your Business Name] is not responsible for any errors in the design.
2. Custom Work
All embroidered and personalised items are made to order. Minor variations in stitching, thread colour, and placement may occur and are not considered faults.
3. Payment
Full payment (or agreed deposit for bulk orders) is required before production begins.
4. Cancellations
Orders may not be cancelled once production has started.
5. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Custom items are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect due to our error.
6. Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos or designs provided. Shawgrave is not liable for any copyright or trademark issues.
7. Liability
Shawgrave is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays, errors, or use of our products.
