At Shawgrave, all items are made to order. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time (Production)
All custom embroidered and personalised items require production time before dispatch.

  • Standard turnaround: 4-6 Days

  • Larger or bulk orders may take longer

Production times may vary during busy periods.

Shipping & Delivery Times
Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched using our chosen courier. Estimated delivery times are:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2 to 4 Days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery method. 

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, or circumstances outside our control (e.g. strikes, weather, peak seasons).

Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched (where applicable).
