Returns & Refunds Policy
At [Your Business Name], all of our products are custom-made to order, including embroidered and personalised workwear. Because of this, our returns policy is slightly different from standard retail.
Custom & Personalised Items
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.
This includes:
- Incorrect embroidery/design applied by us
- Faulty or damaged garments upon arrival
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and details of the problem. We will review and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Sizing & Customer Errors
Please ensure all sizes, spelling, and design details are correct before confirming your order. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect sizes ordered
- Spelling mistakes provided by the customer
- Change of mind after production has started
Non-Custom Items
If you have purchased a non-personalised item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- It is returned in original packaging
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
